About LSC

Renting, with
fewer unknowns.

What we verify before a PG or flat goes live, how availability stays accurate, and what happens from your first visit to your first month of rent.

  • The owner is verified first
  • The listing is reviewed, not just uploaded
  • Availability comes from live inventory

Before a home reaches you

Three checks that happen
before you ever see it.

A listing is not a form somebody filled in.
It is a decision somebody recorded.

01

The owner is verified first

A vendor account is reviewed before any of its listings can be published. If that account is later suspended, every listing it owns disappears from search on the next request — not on the next cache refresh.

02

The listing is reviewed, not just uploaded

Each property is submitted with its address, photos and ownership documents, and a reviewer records a written decision. Only an approved listing is visible here.

03

Availability comes from live inventory

PGs are modelled floor by floor, room by room, bed by bed. Flats are modelled unit by unit. When a bed is taken it stops appearing as available immediately — there is no separate availability field for an owner to forget.

From a first look to a first month

What actually happens,
in order.

No step here is a placeholder.
Each one runs today.

01

Ask to visit

Pick a slot from the listing. The owner confirms it, suggests another time, or cancels — and every one of those is recorded against your request, so neither side is relying on a call nobody wrote down.

02

Reserve the bed

Reserving holds that exact bed or unit for a short window while you pay. Nobody else can take it in the meantime, and if you do not pay it goes back on the market by itself.

03

Pay for the first month

You see the rent and the deposit before you pay, and the figure is checked against what is actually owed. Pressing twice cannot charge you twice.

04

Move in, then rent by month

Your first month is already paid by the reservation, so billing starts with the second. Invoices, your stay and your notice all live in your account.

What you will not get from us

The quiet part,
said out loud.

Most of renting goes wrong in the gap between what a listing says and what is true. We would rather leave a feature out than show you one that does nothing.

Ask us anything
  • We do not sell your number to agents.
  • We do not call to “confirm your interest”.
  • Rent and deposit are shown before you commit, not after.
  • A refund puts the bed back on the market rather than leaving it held.

Who this is for

Two sides of the
same front door.

One account, one set of records.
Whichever side of the lease you are on.

Renting

Moving into a new city

A first job, a transfer, a course. You need a bed or a flat you can actually get, at a price nobody revises upward at the door.

  • Search what is free today, not what was free last month
  • Rent and deposit shown per bed or unit, before you commit
  • Visits, shortlist and stay all kept in one account

Listing

Running a PG or letting a flat

Your rooms already have a shape — floors, rooms, beds. The listing follows that shape, so occupancy is a fact about your inventory rather than a field to remember.

  • Bed-level and unit-level inventory with live occupancy
  • Enquiries and visit requests in one queue, with their history
  • One dashboard for every property you own
