About a home
Ask the owner directly
Open the listing and use Ask the owner. Your requirement and number go straight to them, and their reply is tied to that property rather than lost in a shared inbox.
Find a homeMost questions are about one specific home, and those reach its owner fastest from the listing itself. Here is where everything else goes.
Four doors
Nothing here routes into a queue.
Each one lands with whoever can answer it.

Find a homeAbout a visit
Every visit request, confirmation, reschedule and cancellation shows up under your account with the owner’s updates. You can cancel a request there at any time.
My visitsAbout a reservation
A reservation shows what is owed, how long it is held for and what to do next. Pay from there, or cancel if your plans changed — the bed goes straight back on the market.
My reservationsAbout rent
Once you have moved in, each month opens as an invoice you can pay from your account. Your first month is already covered by the reservation.

If a price, photo or address does not match what you were told, say so in your enquiry on that listing. Our review team sees reports against the property and can suspend it while they check — which removes it from public search immediately.
Owners reply directly, so timing varies. Your enquiry and any reply stay on that listing in your account, so nothing is lost while you wait. If a home matters to you, it is worth asking a second one in the same area at the same time.
Owners manage listings, inventory, visits and residents from the LSC vendor app. Send us a note and we will help you get the first listing through review.
LSC does not add a brokerage fee to a listing. The rent and deposit you see on a listing are the figures the owner set, and anything else is between you and them — ask before you commit.
Still stuck?
Send it through the enquiry on any listing and mention that it is a general question. It reaches us with the context already attached.
